Rich in lignans and antioxidants, it helps to firm, tone, and protect skin from environmental aggressors. Its inclusion in this mask brings a rejuvenating, barrier-supportive quality that complements the exfoliating action with deep resilience-building care.

Use ½ to 1 teaspoon of powder and carefully mix with a few drops of Daily Dew Hydrosol, raw honey, yogurt, or purified water — just enough to form a smooth paste.

Gently massage onto clean, damp skin to activate the exfoliating action. You may rinse immediately after light exfoliation, or let the mask dry slightly before rinsing — start with 5 minutes, and gradually increase to up to 10 minutes, as desired.

Use 1–2 times per week as part of your weekly skin ritual.

Always follow with a hydrating mist, and serum, cream, or balm to lock in moisture.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
